The FASTer Way is the only program with a clinically proven mobile app that supports fat loss using scientifically validated techniques. It uniquely pairs strategic nutrition with customized training for enhanced results.
The workout strategy
We offer new workouts daily, 365 days a year, that can be completed at home or in the gym with little to no equipment. Clients can use weights, kettlebells, bands or body resistance for strength training. Workouts are 30 minutes or less and utilize cardio/HIIT (high intensity interval training), strength training, core circuits, barre, pilates, ISO stretch, and rest/recovery days throughout the week.
Each workout also includes a pro trainer demonstrating a low impact or modified version of the exercise, making it possible for anyone to follow along and see results.
